**THE ROLE**:
Join Stryker as a Business Partnership Manager for the Public Access Portfolio across the ANZ region. This is a newly added head count due to growth. Your mission is clear: drive sales growth through indirect channels and showcase your expertise with Stryker's Automated External Defibrillator (AED) products. You'll be involved in all aspects of partnership management including relationship development, strategic selling and business administration to ensure we meet (and exceed) our yearly sales income targets whilst adhering to Stryker’s core values. By working closely with your portfolio of Distributors and seizing market opportunities, you'll be instrumental in growing our business across Australia and New Zealand.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Exceed sales targets by driving the execution of distributor sales tactics.
- Develop and maintain strategic Distributor relationships across ANZ.
- Foster relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Understand customer needs and provide exceptional service.
- Manage tender process and drive sales through indirect channels.
- Stay updated on competition and market trends.
- Explore new promotional channels to engage target audience.

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED**:

- 5+ years of experience in sales.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, presentation, and product training capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of business-to-business sales with a proven track record of success.
