About the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced and driven leader to join our team as the Director Global. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership to enhance our international profile, foster global partnerships, and drive international student recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on global activities and develop partnerships, programs, and projects to achieve international student recruitment targets.
- Lead a geographically dispersed team and drive a high-performance culture of excellence and productivity.
- Develop and negotiate commercial opportunities and new programs that achieve growth and strategic initiatives.
- Establish and maintain international education and/or vocational education and training partnerships.
About You
We are looking for a values-led leader with a track record in achieving revenue and enrolment targets through international recruitment and partnership strategies. You should have:
- Deep experience in developing and negotiating commercial opportunities and new programs.
- Proven results in establishing and maintaining international education and/or vocational education and training partnerships.
- Highly developed analytical and conceptual skills to identify and drive innovative solutions.
- The ability to establish and foster collaborative internal and external relationships to deliver whole-of-organisation outcomes.
