Service Now ITOM Technical Consultant

We're seeking a skilled professional to enable the digital transformation of our clients by implementing Service Now solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent us during requirements gathering and design phases
  • Structure the delivery of the solution through to the client, focusing on all things ITOM
  • Conduct Service Now configuration and testing
  • Get involved in early-stage demonstrations and proof-of-concepts
  • Host requirements workshops and help work on solution designs and test planning
  • Deploy and hyper care activities
Requirements

We look for individuals with:

  • At least 3 years of Service Now administration and development experience
  • Minimum of 2-3 demonstrated examples of where they have delivered ITOM implementations in a large organisation
  • Demonstrated experience and hands-on delivery exposure with Service Now ITOM Discovery, ITOM Service Mapping, CSDM & CMDB, Service Now CSA, CIS certifications, CAD, JavaScript customisations, patterns, probes, scripts, APIs, integrations, REST/SOAP API, data transformation, import set mapping, infrastructure, networks, cloud (AWS/Azure), partnering, problem-solving with infrastructure, application and security teams
