To excel in this challenging role, you will join a vibrant team delivering cutting-edge solutions using Service Now. Your primary focus will be on ITOM implementation and administration, working closely with clients to deliver tailored services.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Service Now administration and development, with extensive experience in configuring, testing, and deploying the platform. Proficiency in Java Script for customizations, as well as expertise in APIs and integrations, is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and test Service Now implementations for clients, ensuring seamless delivery of solutions.
- Design and implement effective solution structures, focusing on ITOM best practices.
- Host requirements workshops, develop solution designs, and plan testing activities.
- At least 3 years of Service Now administration and development experience.
- Minimum 2-3 demonstrated examples of delivering successful ITOM implementations in large organizations.
- Strong development experience in Java Script for customizations, including patterns, probes, and scripts.
- Experience with APIs and integrations, including REST/SOAP API, data transformation, and import set mapping.
