We're working to change the way our clients think about their work and the Service Now platform.

We do whatever we can to drive the best possible outcome for our customers - and that means you'll have the opportunity to work across different parts of the software development life cycle.

As our specialist ITOM Senior Technical Consultant, you'll represent x Amplify to our clients during requirements gathering and design phases, as well as helping to structure the delivery of the solution through to the client, of course with a focus on all things ITOM Sure, there'll be a lot of Service Now configuration and testing – but we like to get involved in everything from early-stage demonstrations and proof-of-concepts, to hosting requirements workshops, helping work on solution designs and test planning, through to deployment and hyper care activities.

For your Service Now platform expertise, we're looking for you to demonstrate your capability via:
• At least 3 years of Service Now administration and development experience, with a minimum of 2-3 demonstrated examples of where you have delivered ITOM implementations in a large organisation.

It's hard to beat time on the tools
• Demonstrated experience and hands on delivery exposure with Service Now ITOM Discovery (MID Servers, credentials, schedules, probes/sensors), ITOM Service Mapping (pattern design, mapping application services, troubleshooting mapping gaps) and CSDM & CMDB (Structuring CI classes, relationships, and reconciliation rules).
• As this is a senior role, we consider a Service Now CSA mandatory, with the addition of other key certifications including the relevant CIS certifications or CAD.
• We like working across the entire SDLC – so if you've got experience defining Service Now requirements, building solution design documentation, or running functional workshops in an agile way, it'd be great to know about it.
• You have strong development experience, particularly in Java Script for Service Now customisations including patterns, probes and scripts.
• Experience with APIs and integrations including REST/SOAP API, data transformation and import set mapping will be a bonus
• Your first project will be in a diverse client environment so a good grasp of infrastructure, networks, and cloud (AWS/Azure), along with the ability to partner and problem solve with infrastructure, application and security teams will see you deliver great results.
• We're building a high-trust, high-expectation culture within our team, aiming to help people work however they work most effectively for our clients – and that means you'll need excellent verbal & written communication skills, a high level of organisation and time management with the ability to work proactively and autonomously in a deadline-driven environment.

LOCATIONFor this role, we're looking for a great Sydney-based talent, however if you have the skills and experience we've outlined above but are based across the Australian East Coast, then let's connect KEY ELIGIBILITYx Amplify partners with a diverse client base, including Federal Government, Defence, Enterprise, State Government, and Private Sector.
