Job Opportunity

As an ITOM Technical Consultant, you will work on various projects with our team.
Represent clients during requirements gathering and design phases.
Help structure the delivery of solutions to clients, focusing on ITOM expertise.
You will have opportunities to work across different parts of the software development life cycle, including configuration and testing.
Key skills and experience include:
At least 3 years of ServiceNow administration and development experience.
Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow ITOM Discovery, MID Servers, credentials, schedules, probes/sensors.
Experience with APIs and integrations, including REST/SOAP API, data transformation, and import set mapping.
Strong development experience, particularly in JavaScript for customisations.
A good grasp of infrastructure, networks, and cloud (AWS/Azure) is required.
