Safety and Injury Management Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented administrator with a passion for workplace safety to join our team at Safety People. This part-time role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with a well-known and respected brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance Management: Track and follow up on returned forms from Regional Managers regarding the roll-out of new Safety Guidelines.
  • Data Entry: Maintain accurate records, including incident and injury reports, within a spreadsheet (approximately 6 per week).
  • Communication: Collaborate with Regional Managers to ensure compliance and understanding of new safety guidelines.

Why This Role?

  • Part-time flexibility, either 1 day per week for 3 months or full time hours for 2 to 4 weeks.
  • Potential for a permanent part-time role if you have experience in Workers' Compensation reconciliations.
  • Work within a well known and respected brand with 199 stores across Australia, NZ, and Singapore.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong administrative skills with a focus on data entry and compliance
  • Confident communicator with the ability to follow up and manage relationships with Regional Managers
  • Experience in safety administration ideal
  • Previous experience in workers' compensation reconciliations a bonus
