Sort Center Operations Leader

As a key leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our sort centers.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and be able to think strategically. They should also be comfortable managing large teams and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sort center activities, staff planning, and scheduling.
  • Develop and implement process improvements and quality initiatives.
  • Promote health and safety best practices.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects.

Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in employee management.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and nights.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with performance metrics and process improvement techniques.
