We are seeking a skilled Operations Team Coordinator to support our operations team in delivering exceptional results.

They will be responsible for providing executive assistance to the Chief Operations Officer, managing core business processes and documentation systems, and facilitating the delivery of critical team meetings, forums, and reporting.
The Operations Team Coordinator will also oversee Melbourne office operations, including amenities, invoices, contractor liaison, and staff onboarding/offboarding.
This is a key coordination role that ensures our operations team functions smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Executive Assistance to the Chief Operations Officer, including calendar, travel, board reporting, presentations, and email management.
- Coordinate Regular Operations Meetings and forums across the business.
- Manage Operations Quality Documentation and RL Hub (SharePoint), ensuring all processes, policies, and templates are accurate, compliant, and up to date.
- Oversee Life@Levande Resident Journey Documentation and ensure integration into business-as-usual practices.
- Support Project Delivery, state forums, and the annual Retirement Living Council Census.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Stakeholders to improve processes, enhance communication, and drive a high-performance culture.
