Operations Team Coordinator

About the Role:

This key coordination role ensures operational excellence across our national network.

  • Provide high-level executive support to senior stakeholders.
  • Manage core business processes and documentation systems.
  • Facilitate critical team meetings, forums, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and experience in administration or coordination roles.

  • Executive Assistance: calendar, travel, board reporting, presentations, and email management.
  • Coordinate operations meetings and forums.
  • Manage Operations Quality Documentation and RL Hub (SharePoint).
  • Synthesise resident journey documentation into business-as-usual practices.
  • Support project delivery, state forums, and census reporting.
  • Oversee office operations, including amenities, invoices, and staff onboarding/offboarding.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve processes and communication.
Requirements:

We're looking for a detail-oriented professional with excellent problem-solving skills.

  • At least 3 years' experience in high-level administration or coordination roles.
  • Strong document management, executive support, and business reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
  • Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and manage confidential matters.
  • A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.
