Operations Excellence Manager

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive relationship management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction throughout pre- and post-sales activities.
  • Collaborate effectively with teams to leverage expertise and enhance service delivery.
  • Deepen engagement with key customers, their on-site personnel, and end clients.
  • Contribute to successful contract execution by consistently meeting defined performance indicators.
  • Prepare and deliver client reports in alignment with contractual obligations.
  • Review and prepare reports for external distribution, supporting clients in understanding and resolving queries.
  • Plan and manage business reviews, operational audits, and compliance-related activities.
  • Coordinate managed services projects, ensuring quality delivery with client approval.
  • Respond promptly to all client inquiries, covering operational issues and requests for project quotes or proposals.
  • Design and implement policies and procedures to efficiently meet major customer requirements.
