We are seeking a skilled Client Service Representative to join our team on a 3-month contract. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling and investigating a variety of inquiries related to new Trusts, POAs, and Estate matters.
- Administer the setup of Trusts, POAs, and deceased Estates according to relevant legislation and procedures.
- Communicate with stakeholders, including families and beneficiaries, to gather information and provide updates.
- Perform minor accounting tasks and coordinate with other teams as needed.
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills; experience in legal or financial sectors is a plus.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who can perform the following tasks:
- Skilled in handling and investigating a diverse range of inquiries related to Trusts, POAs, and Estate matters.
- Experienced in setting up Trusts, POAs, and deceased Estates in compliance with legislation and procedures.
- Proficient in liaising with stakeholders, including families and beneficiaries, to gather and convey important information.
- Capable of performing minor accounting tasks and collaborating with various teams as required.
- Strong in customer service, communication, and problem-solving; legal or financial sector experience.
