Business Intelligence Analyst

The role of a Business Intelligence Analyst involves bridging the gap between business process needs and technology solutions. This individual will be responsible for gathering requirements, refining scope, analyzing gaps, and ensuring that IT solutions align with business objectives.

This position requires a strong ability to translate business processes into actionable IT requirements and designs. The analyst will work as part of an Agile Scrum team, partnering with stakeholders to understand business processes, gather requirements, and identify areas for improvement.

The ideal candidate will have experience in SQL and data analysis, as well as proven skills in requirements gathering, scope refinement, and gap analysis. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are also essential for this role.

The successful candidate will be able to drive IT project success by analyzing user feedback and making continuous improvements to IT deliverables. They will also be able to participate in Agile Scrum routines, including backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong ability to translate business processes into IT requirements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
