Business Technology Strategist

This role involves collaborating with an agile IT team to understand business objectives and translate needs into actionable technology requirements.

Key activities include gathering business information, refining project scope, analyzing data sources, and facilitating user acceptance testing.

The successful candidate will have a hands-on role in the Agile life cycle, from ideation through development, deployment, and production support.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information and understand business processes
  • Assist developers in unit testing deliverables and facilitate user acceptance testing to ensure quality and functionality
  • Participate in agile routines such as backlog grooming, user story mapping, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience with IT solution implementations
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong ability to translate business processes into actionable technology requirements
  • Nice to have: SQL/Light Data Analysis experience
