About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain management department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to optimize inventory levels, minimize supply chain costs, and ensure product availability to meet customer demand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive supply plans based on sales forecasts, historical data, and inventory targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including demand planners, production teams, and procurement specialists, to ensure accurate planning and timely replenishment of products.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to maintain optimal stock across distribution centers or production sites.
  • Generate purchasing requisitions for timely procurement of manufacturing components and purchased finished goods.
  • Identify potential supply constraints and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
  • Analyze and interpret key supply chain metrics, including inventory turnover, service level, and forecast accuracy, to inform business decisions.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, or related supply chain roles.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in supply planning tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, NetSuite).
  • Advanced Excel skills, with experience in forecasting and planning tools a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
