The Reception Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client experiences through effective front-of-house operations.

This key position leads our front office, overseeing daily operations, and mentoring administrative staff on best practices. It also involves collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless execution of meetings, conference room bookings, access control, and facilities management.

We are seeking an experienced corporate receptionist or office manager with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and leadership skills. They will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be empathetic towards clients and visitors.

The ideal candidate will work 38 hours between 8:15am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, and be responsible for:

  • Cultivating strong relationships with clients and visitors by understanding their needs and connecting them with the right team members.
  • Maintaining high standards in presentation and cleanliness of client-facing facilities, including refreshments and supplies.
  • Ensuring consistency in reception processes across our network of offices and supporting new receptionists during onboarding and training.
  • Coordinating maintenance requests and assisting the corporate services team with building access for visitors and new employees.
