Currently seeking an experienced Corporate Receptionist for a permanent Part-time role based in Sydney CBD with an elite legal firm.

  • Schedule will be Monday, Wednesday and Friday - please only apply if you can commit to these hours
  • Based in Sydney CBD - starting ASAP
  • $65-75k + super FTE (dependant on experience)

Only Permanent Residents and Citizens will be considered for this role.

Seeking a professional who can seamlessly transition into the role and ensure the smooth running of the Corporate Reception and Front of House functions.

Key Responsibilities Include
  • Delivering excellent customer service to colleagues/teams
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Managing and booking meeting rooms
  • Maintain security by completing logbooks and visitor badges
  • Ensuring internal meeting rooms are maintained, supplied, replenished and kept presentable at all times
  • Ad-hoc duties

The ideal candidate would demonstrate:
  • Friendly and personal nature
  • Previous experience in similar role - please only apply if you have Corporate Reception and/or Facilities experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional attitude and corporate presentation
  • High attention to detail
  • A strong work ethic
  • Adaptable and committed to maintaining exceptional standards
