Corporate Experience Specialist - Client Ambassador

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support across various services: Reception, Concierge, Placemaking, Hospitality, Workplace Solutions, Events, and Meeting coordination.
  • Adapting to visitors' and employees' needs and preferences in a customer-centric and hospitality-led mindset.
  • Maintaining a positive and solution-focused approach when addressing challenges and providing creative solutions.

Periods of walking, standing, sitting, and/or manual handling are required for this position.

Requirements include at least two years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality, airline, retail, or a similar service-oriented sector.
