We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to lead our Building Structures team in Adelaide. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects across various sectors and contribute to business growth.

Overview

This senior position involves leading structural engineering design and analysis for complex building projects, providing technical oversight and mentorship to engineering teams, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on integrated design solutions.

You will be responsible for managing client relationships and project delivery, contributing to business development initiatives, and helping expand our presence in the Adelaide market through strategic growth efforts.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work on significant projects that shape regional connectivity, contributing to the Torrens to Darlington (T2D) Alliance.

Responsibilities
  • Lead structural engineering design and analysis for complex building projects
  • Provide technical oversight and mentorship to engineering teams
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on integrated design solutions
  • Manage client relationships and project delivery
  • Contribute to business development initiatives
  • Help expand our presence in the Adelaide market through strategic growth
Requirements
  • Chartered Structural Engineer with minimum 10+ years of professional experience
  • Strong connections within the Adelaide engineering and construction community
  • Experience in Health, Transportation, and/or Defence sectors
  • Technical excellence in structural design and engineering principles
  • Demonstrated project management and team leadership abilities
  • Passion for business development and practice growth
  • Client-focused mindset with exceptional service delivery skills

Australian citizenship is required for this role due to security clearance requirements.
