We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team. This senior position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects across various sectors while playing a key role in growing our presence in the region.

As a Structural Engineer, you will lead structural design and analysis for complex building projects, provide technical oversight and mentorship to engineering teams, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on integrated design solutions, manage client relationships and project delivery, contribute to business development initiatives, and help expand our presence in the region through strategic growth efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead structural engineering design and analysis for complex building projects

Requirements:

  • Chartered Structural Engineer with a minimum of 10+ years of professional experience
  • Strong connections within the regional engineering and construction community
  • Experience in various sectors including Health, Transportation, and Defence
  • Technical excellence in structural design and engineering principles
  • Demonstrated project management and team leadership abilities
  • Passion for business development and practice growth
  • Client-focused mindset with exceptional service delivery skills
