Job Title: Senior Structural Engineering Leader

We are seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineering Leader to join our team in Adelaide. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects across Health, Transportation, Aviation and Defence sectors.

As a Senior Structural Engineering Leader, you will be responsible for leading structural engineering design and analysis for complex building projects, providing technical oversight and mentorship to engineering teams, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on integrated design solutions, managing client relationships and project delivery, contributing to business development initiatives, and helping expand our Building Structures presence in the Adelaide market through strategic growth efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a Chartered Structural Engineer qualification with minimum 10+ years of professional experience, strong connections within the Adelaide engineering and construction community, experience in Health, Transportation, and/or Defence sectors, technical excellence in structural design and engineering principles, demonstrated project management and team leadership abilities, passion for business development and practice growth, and a client-focused mindset with exceptional service delivery skills.

Australian citizenship is required for this role due to the position involving work on defence projects that require security clearance.
