We're seeking a seasoned senior structural engineer to join our esteemed Building Structures Group in Adelaide, Australia.

This senior role offers the opportunity to lead structural engineering design and analysis for complex projects across various sectors, including Health, Transportation, Aviation, and Defence.

  • Technical Leadership: Spearhead structural engineering design and analysis for complex building projects, providing technical oversight and mentorship to engineering teams.
  • Project Excellence: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on integrated design solutions, manage client relationships and project delivery, and contribute to business growth initiatives.
  • Growth Opportunities: Help expand our presence in the Adelaide market through strategic growth efforts.

You'll be part of the prestigious Torrens to Darlington (T2D) Alliance, contributing to the design and delivery of critical transport infrastructure buildings that will shape regional connectivity.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Chartered Structural Engineer with 10+ years of professional experience.
  • Strong connections within the Adelaide engineering and construction community.
  • Experience in Health, Transportation, and/or Defence sectors.
  • Technical excellence in structural design and engineering principles.
  • Demonstrated project management and team leadership abilities.
  • Passion for business development and practice growth.

Australian citizenship is required for this role due to the involvement with defence projects that require security clearance.
