The Opportunity

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will provide vital support to the Account Director in all aspects of the hiring process and assist in managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Interviews: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
  • Candidate Communication: Serve as the point of contact for candidates, providing updates and answering inquiries throughout the recruitment process.
  • Job Posting: Create and post job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Resume Screening: Assist in reviewing resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and conducting background checks.
  • Data Analysis: Support the Account Director by compiling and analyzing data related to client accounts and project performance.
  • Project Coordination: Support with implementing project documentation such as templates, onboarding processes, and ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in recruitment, account management, or sales support is required.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • An effective problem solver and proactive.
    • Able to work under pressure and to deadlines.
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional candidate experience.
Compensation:

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
