provides business enabling people, legal and corporate services functions, to drive a high-performance culture; timely and accessible legal advice and services; and to support integrated operations and portfolio wide programs.
About The Role
As the Organisational Design Lead, you'll partner closely with business leaders and change teams in reviewing and designing Group, Divisional and Branch operating models, organisational structures and functional accountabilities to ensure proposed future state models meet DTP's strategic priorities.
Position accountabilities
- Lead and support organisation design and workforce transformation initiatives
- Work with relevant business areas
- Define and map functional accountabilities
- Drive consistency across the business in organisational design approach
- Partner with People and Culture to facilitate workshops
- Contribute to capability mapping, business architecture, and role design
- Deliver high-quality project outputs
- Drive execution planning and manage end-to-end project delivery
- Engage and collaborate with stakeholders
- Provide coaching and build capability in organisation design

PD Organisational Design Lead
Qualifications And Experience
Mandatory
- Tertiary qualifications or experience in a relevant discipline
- Strong experience in organisation design and operating model development
- Ability to drive consistency and standardisation across diverse teams and branches
- Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving to identify issues and provide recommendations
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior business leaders and stakeholders
- Excellent facilitation skills
Desirable
- Knowledge of best practices in organisational design and job architecture, particularly in the public sector
- Experience with developing and mapping functional accountabilities and role designs in large organisations
- Familiarity with ITIL or change management frameworks
