You will be responsible for greeting and welcoming guests, handling check-in and check-out procedures, managing guest bookings, and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.
Our ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, who is able to work well under pressure and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage guest bookings, including checking availability, processing payments, and updating guest records.
- Resolve any issues that may arise during a guest's stay, such as complaints or problems with their room.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed guest expectations.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a front office position or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues alike.
