About the Role

As a technical professional, you will lead customer discovery sessions to identify key requirements during onboarding, manage account migrations, and recommend product solutions that enable our customers to achieve their business objectives. You will serve as a vital link between the Customer Success and Sales teams, as well as a key partner to our operational teams in shaping how we support our Enterprise customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for understanding our customer's needs and proactively identifying ways in which they can interact with us to achieve their goals. This includes leading discovery to identify organizational and technical requirements, then architecting and demonstrating solutions that showcase business value.

  • Lead discovery to identify key requirements, then architect and demonstrate solutions that showcase business value
  • Run account migrations and deployment for Enterprise customers, including leading discovery sessions on scalability and security needs
  • Facilitate customer-facing workshops and develop a migration deployment plan
  • Ensure customer engagement projects are delivered on time and completed according to plan
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ year experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer success, implementation, or service delivery
  • Experience working with or strong knowledge of identity providers (Active Directory, Azure, Okta)
  • Knowledge of enterprise security solutions (SAML/SSO, DLP, SIEM) and how they benefit a business
  • Excellent communication skills, both with customers and within an organization
