
Director of Record Management

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our records management team within the business line.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate improvement of record management practices across the organization, including development and implementation of record management capabilities.
- Maintain procedures, train staff, and provide input/advice into projects.
- Manage diverse stakeholder groups, leveraging strong verbal and written communication skills.
Other key accountabilities include:
- Records management support for the organization, collaborating with various departments and teams.
- Developing and implementing record management capabilities across the organization.
- Providing support for record management queries arising from the business and projects in implementing the Records Management Policy.
- Developing and maintaining training and other support material as required for the organization.
- Participating in working groups and forums to ensure requirements are understood and processes and controls are appropriate.
- Presenting at regular forums to communicate and promote records management requirements.

To be successful, you will have:
- Strong experience in a records management role in a large complex organization.
- Experience working with records management governance frameworks, strategies, policies, guidelines, and systems in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Experience in a customer-facing role managing stakeholders across a diverse portfolio of business groups.
- Awareness of records management standards and legislation.
- Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline.
