
Associate Director, Records Management

**How will I help?**
As the Associate Director Records Management, you will be responsible for facilitating the compliance to record management practices across CIB. This will also include the development and implementation of record management capabilities, maintenance of procedures, training to CIB staff and point of contact for queries and providing input/advice into projects.
In addition, the person will lead CIB's return to records management risk appetite.
The key to your success is your track record of strong verbal and written communication skills, and your proven ability in managing diverse and multiple stakeholder groups. In return, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a great team environment.
Other key accountabilities include:
- Records management support for CIB and work collaboratively with CIB Business Controls and Monitoring, WIB Data Office and Enterprise Records Management Policy and Governance (RMPG)
- Being involved in the development and implementation of record management capabilities across CIB (Enterprise solutions and CIB solutions)
- Provide support for record management queries arising from the CIB business and projects in implementing the Records Management Policy
- Develop and maintain records management procedures and guidelines for CIB to support the Group Records Management Policy
- Present at regular forums to communicate and promote the importance of records management requirements

**What do I need?**
To be successful in this role you will have strong experience in a Records Management role, ideally within a large, complex organisation.
You will have experience working with records management governance frameworks, strategies, policies, guidelines and systems in collaboration with key stakeholders and awareness of records management standards and legislation.
Ideally, you will have experience in a customer facing role managing stakeholders across a diverse portfolio of business groups. A tertiary level qualification in a related discipline would be advantageous.
