Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced COE Lead - Design and Engineering Excellence to drive technical excellence and innovation in our collaborative environment. As a key member of our Design and Engineering Excellence team, you will be responsible for developing detailed, implementable solutions aligned with cybersecurity principles, business requirements, and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Solution Design team to develop detailed, implementable solutions aligned with cybersecurity principles, business requirements, and organizational standards
  • Drive Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and approaches, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and effective for cybersecurity use cases
  • Define reusable patterns, frameworks, and best practices to ensure consistent, high-quality solutioning across cybersecurity engineering
  • Oversee the DevSecOps team to embed security into development pipelines and automate processes for efficiency and reliability
  • Build and manage secure CI/CD pipelines, automating vulnerability scanning, compliance enforcement, and secret management, security operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architecture, operations, and incident response, to ensure solutions meet performance, resilience, and security requirements
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in leading solution design efforts for complex cybersecurity systems in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong technical expertise in crafting detailed designs, defining reusable patterns, and conducting PoCs to validate new approaches
  • Hands-on experience with DevSecOps tools and practices, including secure CI/CD pipelines, vulnerability management, and infrastructure as code (IaC)
  • A solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, including identity and access management, application security, and secure coding practices
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams
