Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity Architect for Advanced Hearing Solutions to lead our security strategy and safeguard the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our information assets. This role requires strategic thinking, technical expertise, and effective communication skills to champion robust information management practices and translate complex concepts into business-friendly language.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role ranges from $180,000 to $250,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic information security leadership to guide business initiatives and solve challenges effectively.
  • Develop solution architecture documentation and secure stakeholder approval.
  • Assess technology implementations for compliance with industry standards.
  • Perform risk assessments and implement cost-effective mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee vulnerability assessments and manage penetration testing engagements.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Over 10 years in IT, including 5+ years in senior information security roles.
  • Must have a CISSP certification.
  • Strong background in Risk Management, enterprise architecture, and security frameworks.
  • Familiarity with ISO 27000, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ITIL, and privacy principles.
  • Expertise in Internet and network security systems and tools.
  • Experience with VMware, Microsoft, UNIX, Linux OS, and cloud platforms.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills for engaging stakeholders.
