About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Dental Receptionist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional front office support, managing bookings, and ensuring a seamless patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism
- Manage bookings and reception duties efficiently
- Create a calm and premium atmosphere in the clinic
- Keep the clinic running smoothly behind the scenes
- Provide chairside support to dentists as needed
Requirements
- Reception or administration experience, preferably in dental, wellness, beauty, or luxury hotels
- Certification in dental assisting (Cert III or IV) and willingness to provide chairside support when required
- Excellent communication and organization skills, with the ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure
- Flawless attention to detail and a positive, team-focused attitude
