A dynamic sales and marketing director is required to elevate the brand within the Australian market.
The role involves developing a bold and ambitious marketing strategy, driving business growth through proactive business development, identifying and securing new opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams to expand the college's reach and impact.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing an integrated campaigns that showcase the college's offering, values, and achievements across digital, print, PR, and social media platforms.
  • Managing all content development - from concept through to execution - ensuring all output is aligned with the college's tone, visual identity, and premium positioning.
  • Overseeing the website, social media channels, email campaigns, and promotional materials to ensure consistent and effective engagement.
  • Identifying new partnership and brand-building opportunities, both domestically and internationally.
  • Monitoring, analysing, and reporting on campaign performance, using insights to optimise future activity and demonstrate ROI.
  • Collaborating closely with admissions, academic leaders, and external stakeholders to ensure messaging is consistent and aligned with the student journey.

About You:

  • 10+ years' experience in a broad marketing and sales role, ideally within start-ups, luxury brands, lifestyle, or education sectors.
  • Experience in Business Development and driving growth for a company Proven ability to analyse data to drive decisions, skilled in interpreting analytics, measuring impact and adjusting strategy accordingly.
  • A highly creative individual with a strong eye for design and storytelling, and a portfolio of impactful campaign work.
  • Able to think strategically while confidently delivering day-to-day marketing execution.
  • A self-starter with a proactive, can-do attitude, able to work autonomously and make things happen.
  • Experience managing freelance creatives and / or agencies.
  • Strong digital expertise, including SEO, content marketing, social media, and CRM / email campaigns.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong stakeholder engagement experience.
  • Evidence of continued professional learning, industry engagement or thought leadership throughout career.
