We are seeking a dynamic Brand Leader to drive strategic brand growth across multiple markets. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, R&D, Insights, and Operations, to align on strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic brand growth across multiple markets.
- Collaborate across teams to align on strategy and execution.
- Act as a key link between SBU strategies and local partner markets.
- Lead capability building by embedding strategic frameworks and best practices.
Requirements:
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
Proven experience in brand marketing with exposure to strategic brand development and cross-functional leadership.
Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across cultures and geographies.
A growth-oriented mindset with a passion for international brand expansion.
