Job Overview

This is a management role that requires leadership and organizational skills to provide exceptional customer service in a retail environment.

  • Lead a team of employees to deliver high-quality customer service and meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities

The following are the key responsibilities of this role:

  • Model exemplary customer service, every customer, every time.
  • Coach team members to deliver exceptional service and create a 'service over task' environment.
  • Develop and maintain product and brand knowledge for the department.
  • Support the store's Management Team to improve financial performance within the department.
  • Work closely with the back-of-house team to ensure product availability.
  • Uphold company standards and deliver store visual excellence.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2-3 years of leadership experience in retail or a similar industry.

Desirable skills and qualifications include:

  • A passion for delivering an amazing service experience for customers.
  • A positive attitude, with the capacity to create a motivating environment for the team.
  • Proven track record in driving and exceeding set KPIs and communicating well with all stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management skills to ensure daily priorities are executed in a timely manner.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a desire to develop yourself, your career, and learn new skills.
