Working in collaboration with a small group of professionals, you will use your strong organisational skills and attention to detail as you take responsibility for the administration and registration of patients on the program, ensuring eligibility criteria is met and paperwork completed, combined with the dispatch of program materials. Using the bespoke software, you will manage multiple patient files as you follow up with motivational support as they embark on their self-improvement journey, helping them understand and use the tools available to get the best outcomes. You’re understanding and empathy, combined with your efficient and quality-focused approach will have you using your nursing or allied health accreditation to professionally support the patients, whilst maintaining your corporate administration skills. So, if you take pride in your work and enjoy getting quality outcomes for individuals, this is the place to be and with the balance of a part-time position, you’ll be able to ensure that you get the healthy start you need.

It’s all aboutyou

AHPRA ESSA or DAA registration essential. Working knowledge of chronic diseases and or related risk factors a plus, ideally come from health, dietetic, exercise physiology, physiotherapy or diabetes background or health coaching experience. Excellent oral & written communication skills and a highly developed interpersonal skills who can learn new software systems.
