About the Role
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow share and volume.
  • Manage the entire Profit & Loss statement and maximise profitability while working cross-functionally with sales, finance and other departments.
  • Develop new products from ideation through to launch via a stage gate approval process.
  • Work closely with external agencies around effective media spend across social media platforms.
  • Instigate research to determine consumer needs and feedback.
  • Participate in trade account reviews and new product presentations.
  • Ensure product compliance with regulatory bodies.
  • Understand competitors and market trends and opportunities globally.
About You
  • You are a multitasker with strong strategic skills and attention to detail.
  • Your background includes OTC Pharmaceutical or FMCG marketing experience.
  • You are a commercial expert who knows your numbers and runs your portfolio like your own business.
