Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Team Leader to join our retail team. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for leading your team to deliver exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of leadership experience within retail or a similar industry, with a proven track record in driving and exceeding set KPIs. They will also possess a passion for delivering an amazing service experience for customers, as well as a positive attitude and ability to create a motivating environment for their team.
