Key Responsibilities

  • Providing task direction for the production dispatch process, ensuring timely and efficient product delivery.
  • Engaging with Production and Maintenance Team Leaders to optimize volume and cost outcomes aligned with business plans and continuous improvement processes.
  • Assigning and monitoring daily tasks, coordinating planned maintenance tasks, including major shutdowns, and organizing equipment maintenance.
  • Maintaining accurate records of ship loading, truck loading, and weigh bridge performance, as well as managing weekly plans for the bagging shed.
  • Ensuring compliance with SHEQ standards, conducting toolbox talks, and participating in safety training.
  • Enhancing employee performance, motivation, and conduct regular employee reviews as required.

About You

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar operations management or supervisory role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Possess relevant certifications, such as Cert III in Warehousing Operations or related disciplines.
  • Demonstrable experience in leading safety behaviors on site and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders and deliver results-oriented outcomes.
