The key to this role is ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll across Australia and New Zealand while maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

About the Role:
  • End-to-end processing and payment of monthly and fortnightly payrolls for Australia and New Zealand
  • Checking and approving payroll for other Oceania entities where direct payroll is not processed in-house
  • Processing out-of-cycle payments and adjustment runs as required
  • Accurate calculations of cessation payments and liabilities
  • Maintenance of single-touch payroll (STP) and inland revenue reporting and compliance
Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of proven payroll experience
  • Understanding of Australian payroll laws and tax regulations
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in accounting, HR, or a related field
