End-to-End Payroll Specialist

Job Description:
As a payroll professional, you will be responsible for processing end-to-end payroll processes across various EBA's and working closely with the team to ensure accurate and timely payroll outcomes.
Key responsibilities include facilitating payroll adjustments, calculating and processing termination payments, attending to payroll queries, and providing support to employees and managers on payroll-related matters.

- Processing pay runs of over 300 employees
- Effectively managing complex payroll processes
- Facilitating payroll adjustments and calculations
- Assisting with month-end process and reconciliations
- Providing timely and accurate payroll advice
- Working across multiple awards and EBAs

- Requirements:
- 2-4 years of end-to-end payroll experience
- Experience using larger well-known payroll systems
- Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
- Ability to interpret multiple awards and EBAs
- Passion for payroll and a desire to learn and grow skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate to advanced excel skills
