Based in our Support Centre in Milton, you will be joining a cohesive team that support across all streams of the business.

**About the role**:
As the Community Services Partner, you will provide high-level program and project management support and coordination to ensure the successful delivery of Community Services projects.

This role reports to the Executive Lead - Community Services and supports the broader Branch to monitor deliverables.

In addition to this, this role will also;
- Provide proactive, high-level administrative support to the Executive Lead and Community Services leadership team;
- Develop and oversee the implementation of administrative practices, systems and procedures to optimise efficiency and support the achievement of quality outcomes;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of business practices, systems and procedures to support optimum efficiency of Community Services practices across the Branch;
- Represent Community Services in cross functional projects to ensure effective communication is maintaining and professional, specialist advice and support is provided.

**About you**:

- A background in the Human Services sector;
- Strong research and administration skills;
- Ability to self-manage priorities and deadlines;
- High level interpersonal communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
