Strategic Business Development Coordinator

This is a business development opportunity for a strategic and proactive coordinator. We are seeking an individual to lead our business development activities in Australia.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the industry, with a minimum of four years experience in strategic business development and/or marketing/communications. A background in architecture or design is preferred, but other sectors including marketing, business, or professional services may also be considered.

The role involves overall coordination of all business development activities in Australia, generating leads and opportunities, leading tender submissions, assessing and developing new opportunities, pipeline management, contributing to market strategies, managing stakeholders and partnerships, ownership and maintenance of BD and marketing materials, liaising and maintaining alignment with wider APAC and Global BD teams, supporting marketing efforts, and business administration.
The qualifications for this role include excellent communication skills, fluency in both written and verbal English, strong copy writing and storytelling capabilities, a keen eye for graphics, experience in CRM software, a growing network in Australia, and a strong understanding of the stakeholder environment.
