Strategic Business Development Manager

This role is an opportunity to pioneer sustainable change through your work. As a Strategic Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the overall coordination of business development activities in Australia.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate leads and opportunities by proactively seeking out new business prospects.
- Develop and implement market strategies to drive business growth.
- Liaise with stakeholders and partnerships to maintain alignment and support marketing efforts.
- Manage BD and marketing materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and effective.
- A minimum of four years' experience in strategic business development and/or marketing/communications, ideally within the design field.
- A strong understanding of the Australian real estate market and its stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, including copy writing and storytelling capabilities.
- Strong ability to distill key information effectively and write concisely.
- Experience with CRM software and Adobe Creative Suite is highly preferred.
