Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Strategic Projects team and key stakeholders to develop and manage projects from start to finish, including defining project scope, developing timelines, managing resources, and coordinating with teams.
  • Identify risks and issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables, and develop mitigation strategies in partnership with project team members.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to build strong relationships, establish buy-in, and ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria, and ensure these are clearly communicated and understood by all team members.
  • Develop and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, using data-driven insights to support decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated work experience and a background in consulting, financial analysis, or business analysis are ideal.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation in an engaging and succinct way.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
