**Job Opportunity:** Hands-on Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Product and Technical Support Specialist. In this role, you will be the go-to technical expert for our product range, working closely with dealers, contractors, rental companies, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily technical support, troubleshooting, and diagnostics for our equipment range
  • Create and deliver training programs for customers, sales reps, and partners
  • Collaborate with suppliers and brand partners to stay up-to-date on technical developments
  • Assist with product testing, prototype evaluations, and new product introductions
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive library of product specs, service information, and technical resources

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of petrol/diesel engines, mechanical systems, and electrical/hydraulic equipment
  • Strong communication skills and confidence presenting to diverse audiences
  • Analytical mindset and ability to interpret service manuals and technical documentation
  • Possession of Microsoft Office skills and a valid Australian driver's license
  • Willingness to travel within Australia and occasionally overseas
