Job Opportunity: Technical Support Specialist
The company is seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join its sales team. This permanent, full-time position offers the opportunity to provide exceptional technical service and innovative solutions in a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and pre-sales support
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose solutions
- Provide product training and technical guidance to sales representatives and customers
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of technical presentations and proposals
- Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate customer requirements
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in a technical support or design role
- Strong technical aptitude and proficiency in understanding complex machinery and systems
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
