As a key member of our strategy and delivery team, the asset coordinator plays a crucial role in developing and implementing sound asset management practices for our creative building portfolio.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of our asset management policies, strategies, systems, and processes in relation to our built asset portfolio.

">

Key responsibilities include:

">
  • Supporting and driving the development and implementation of asset management policies, strategies, systems, and processes
  • Assisting with the management of the implementation of the asset management accountability framework to improve our asset maturity
  • Recommending and leading process improvements and efficiency opportunities across the asset management lifecycle
">

 

">

To succeed in this role, you will have a strong analytical and conceptual mindset, with the ability to reason through complex issues and develop workable solutions. You will also be an innovative thinker, able to synthesise information from a range of sources and identify new ideas and ways of doing things.

">

Our ideal candidate will have excellent policy skills, including the ability to formulate and communicate policy options and recommendations. You will be up-to-date with cultural agencies and contemporary issues, and have experience with ministerial and cabinet briefing processes.

This is a fixed-term role until 31 October 2026, with full-time hours. The usual work location is 121 Exhibition Street Melbourne, although flexibility may be available.
