Job Opportunity:

Facilities Manager

A national owner-operator is seeking a talented and results-driven Facilities Manager to join their team.

The role involves working closely with the Senior Facilities Manager and being the lead for the VIC portfolio of assets, maintaining the overall performance and profitability of the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Asset and Property Managers with operational needs, including risk management and compliance.
  • Act as primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders across the property portfolio.
  • Coordinate work orders to ensure professional implementation of contracted services.
  • Maintain R&M project records and manage contractors both on site and remotely.
  • Conduct site assessments, inspections, and provide operational reporting.
  • Assist in Annual Asset Budget Setting, Forecasting, and tracking.
  • Provide after-hours contact and handle Access Control programming for various assets as needed.
  • Employ excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Possess extensive understanding of the Occupational Safety and Health Act.
