Job Title: Creative Design Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Creative Design Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you'll be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging content across various platforms.

This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your design expertise and contribute to the growth of our innovative digital solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their creativity and design skills, with experience in brand strategy and marketing tech stacks. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma is essential.

You'll work closely with our UX/UI Designer and CX team to produce high-quality visual content that reinforces our brand identity.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design eye-catching visuals for social media, emails, websites, and educational collateral.
  • Develop point-of-sale assets such as displays, banners, window decals, and media walls.
  • Apply strategic use of typography, imagery, colour, and layout to maximise the visual impact and appeal of our online content.
  • Edit basic video and photography content.
  • Collaborate with various teams to produce engaging visual content.
  • E nsure visual consistency across all creative assets.
  • Organise and maintain visual asset libraries and brand guidelines.

About You:

  • 1+ years of digital design experience with a strong portfolio.
  • Relevant degree in graphics, digital, or UI design.
  • Experience using Figma and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and composition.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
