We are seeking a Contract Manager to provide project support for the creative asset building portfolio. This role will involve managing contracts, facilities, and assets to ensure effective decision making can be made for State-Owned facilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the development and administration of Annual Maintenance Plans and Asset Renewal Plans
  • Maintaining and following systems and processes for facility management
  • Contributing to risk management planning and implementing mitigation measures
  • Assisting with capital infrastructure projects and programs
